Monthly Preventative Care Plan £10.45 per month
* Regular oral health reviews (two per year) to provide: - clinical examination - screening for oral cancer - x-rays where clinically necessary * Regular visits to the hygienist (two per year) to include: - scale and polish - periodontal advice - preventative techniques to reduce decay and gum disease * Assessment of emergencies and dental pain with any temporary treatment required, carried out at the practice during normal surgery hours * All treatment planning for your future dental needs * Production of study models when required * All subsequent remedial work within 12 months of recommended restorative work * 20% reduction off any other dental work (fillings, extractions, etc) * 20% reduction off any additional hygienist work * 10% off oral hygiene products * Worldwide Trauma insurance providing peace of mind in the event of a dental trauma claim. The insurance cover is in place for a maximum of £5,000 with an external excess of £25 and internal excess of £125 * Emergency call-out insurance worldwide. The cover is for a maximum of £120 per claim (up to £200 for treatment abroad) with an excess of £25. You simply pay the emergency call-out charge to the dentist concerned and collect a receipted invoice. This will then be processed through the practice for reimbursement from the insurers * Should oral cancer be diagnosed you will receive a cash payment of £2,500 * Prescribing and dispensing of antibiotics * Extended Payment Scheme for treatment costing over £100 * In the event of redundancy your monthly payment will be paid for up to 1 year

Extended Payment Scheme
For plan members whose additional treatment cost more than £100, we offer the convenience of being able to spread the payment over 4 months by simply adding the fee to the existing direct debit. Please note our normal discount rate is reduced to 10% when the Extended Payment Scheme is used. Please ask for further details.
